David runs BCM's UK Southern Office since 1998 and has extensive experience in the industry.

Over 12 years successful analysis and advisory practice in reducing and managing costs, the vast majority of which have been located for our clients on our now famous, No Savings… No Charge policy.

My goals in business are to provide sustainable solutions that are to the benefit of all - my client, as they will be rewarded with reduced costs, greater efficiencies and high level of vendor service - the supplier as they will retain, or gain, a valued customer whilst maintaining a sustainable margin and BCR who gains the satisfaction that all parties are contented.

BCR’s role is to analyse our clients expenditure and methodologies, advise on a sustainable solution to maintain standards whilst increasing efficiencies and reducing cost base, oversee the implementation of the chosen recommendations, then monitor and report on the advancements.
